When publishing v0.12.0-beta.2, which made a crate feature
syncdisabled by default, I forgot to add thesyncfeature to the docs.rs metadata inCargo.toml. As a result, the doc for v0.12.0-beta.2 was generated without thesyncmodule (sync::Cache, etc).This PR fixes it by adding the
syncfeature to the doc.rs metadata. It also updates the README.md.
